I live and plan Bridess in Ireland, so realistically there are probably 3 days every other year where this would work for me, but today { and yesterday as it happens } have been unbelievably good weather { and everything else} wise and so I day dream! Mostly because I LOVE { yes L.O.V.E } ice cream and believe sprinkles should be served on everything that I am indulging in these delicious ideas for Ice Cream Bars at Bridess...
So who is having one and most importantly what are your favourite flavours?
P.s. These are made from skinny cow ice cream... so low fat too... SCORE! :)
