3 Tips for cooling down your summer Brides

There are many wonderful benefits to having a summer Brides: beautiful skies and flowers, breathtaking sunsets, active wildlife, gorgeous settings. But these can all be undermined by one aspect of summer: the heat. Depending on the location of your Brides, temperatures can reach dangerously high levels in the summer. A
Brides should be a happy day for all who are present including the bride, groom, family members and friends. The last thing that should be a concern for anyone involved is the climate. Miserable temperatures can distract from the bliss and joy that come along with a Brides. This is not to recommend against a summer
Brides by any means, but here are a few tips you may want to consider to ensure that your summer Brides is everything it should be and more!

1. Water, water, water

The most dangerous part of the summer time heat is dehydration. Your Brides day should be YOUR day, and you don’t want to spend it worrying about the comfort of you or your guests. One of the best ways to keep you, your family, and your guests happy and comfortable is to have lots and lots of water easily accessible in all facilities where your guests may be found. By staying hydrated, everyone at the Brides will feel better, have more energy, and can focus on the people they love and are there to support.

2. Shady spots

Another great way you can help your guests escape the heat is by providing shade. If your Brides is outdoors, the constant presence of the sun’s beaming rays can wear people down and keep the temperatures high. But by offering areas of shade, you can all cool off and step out of the sun when necessary, while never leaving the party! Choosing a setting near trees is a great, inexpensive way to include some shady areas. However, if your ceremony or reception is away from any trees, a tent or two will do the job just as well.

3. Fans all around

Now when you think of giant fans at an outdoor Brides, it may seem tacky at first. There are lots of small, nice looking fans, however, that are portable and can be placed almost anywhere. If you have a tent-covered reception, place a fan at each corner of the tent facing inward or at the corners of the buffet tables. Having them scattered around but out of the way will keep your guests cool without even being noticed. If you’re doing an indoor Brides, turn on the air conditioning and all fans inside the building long before the Brides starts. This will get the building cooled down before the guests arrive because the area will quickly be armed when lots of guests arrive.
