Unless you've been living under a rock you'll know { from Facebook and twitter for sure } that the Oscars took place last night. And while for some it was all about the awards { Congrats Winners! }, for us, it was all about the dresses, the nails and the accessories...
Here Ill share some of my favourite Oscar Inspired Brides Dress Looks....
1. Lupita Nyong'o in Prada... simply stunning.
Yes I know its a pale blue... but remember, it was { a long, long time ago } tradition for an Irish Bride to wear blue on her Brides because it was a symbol of purity during ancient times. What ever the case, this dress is simply stunning and gets out vote as a great Brides dress look!

2. Kate Hudson in Atelier Versace.
For me, Kate can do no wrong. { Ok maybe on occasion she can } but definitely not wearing this dress.}
I love the fit, the draping, the trial and of course the back! Need I say more?

3. Cate Blanchett in Armani Privé
Doesn't this dress just look like an extension of her body? Like it was made just for her?

4. Jenna Dewan Tatum in Reem Acra
This gal has got it all! The looks, the body, the dress and of course Channing Tatum on her arm... are we jealous {not much :) }

What I love about this dress is its simple but totally dramatic. Perfect for the bride who wants to make a statement walking down the aisle but doesn't want a veil. Of course, not ideal for those of us who can't go without a bra :)
